Do you offer free shipping?

Explore our wide range of products and take advantage of free shipping for orders over $49.00 within the 48 contiguous states. If your order total is less than $49.00, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 per order will be charged.

Do you ship outside the contiguous US?

Currently we do not but working on a shipping plan for Alaska and Hawaii.

What shipping carriers do you use to ship my order?

The majority of orders are typically shipped using UPS or USPS as the carriers of choice. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information to keep you informed about the progress of your order.

Can I choose to expedite my shipping?

  • Refunds do not apply to shipping fees.
  • The responsibility of paying for and insuring return shipments lies with the customer.
  • Returns are not accepted for Pecking Order products bought from other sellers.

Is it possible to receive my refund in the form of a check?

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. If the order was paid for with a credit card, refunds can only be issued to the same card or as store credit. However, if the credit card is expired or no longer valid, store credit will be provided for the refund amount.
